I have been looking for a new advisor for some time…and I am delighted I have found someone who is accessible, timely and reliable in Jo Starks. More importantly, she is tremendous, honest and quick. She connected immediately to the issues of concern to me and I didn’t say a word. She asked no questions…just tuned in. Having been searching for so long I was reluctant at first to even respond to the things she began to identify but she persisted and she was right! She is caring and probing. I came across Jo’s website quite by chance, about three months ago, while going through one of the most difficult and confusing emotional crisis of my life. I tried talking to a therapist, I tried reaching out to friends, and even tried various “prayer” lines. No one could help. No one could give me the proper perspective, insight, or compassion that I needed. No one until Jo. The way she sees into the situation, and those involved, allows her to cut through all the extraneous, all the things that cloud what’s most important, to the heart of what you need to know. No lip service, and no nonsense — just truth and great advice. Plus, it was obvious from the start that she truly cares. Whatever lead me to discover this site I am glad. She has truly made a difference!
